S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petentul M.V., prin care solicită strămutarea cauzei ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 18892/215/2013 al Tribunalului Dolj.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul și intimatul Primarul Comunei Podari.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V., procuror în cadrul Parchetului de pe lângă I.C.C.J.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
