S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC U.I. SRL, prin lichidator judiciar „D.U. și Asociații”.
La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta SC U.I. SRL prin lichidator judiciar „D.U. și Asociații” și intimata SC G.C. SRL.
Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D. din cadrul Parchetului de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție.
Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 7996/105/2010 al Curții de Apel Pitești, secția a II-a civilă, de contencios administrativ și fiscal, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată stabilit astăzi, 21 ianuarie 2014.
