S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul I.N.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul și intimata Ș.D.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.N.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivii programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 14693/318/2012 al Judecătoriei Târgu Jiu, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 22 ianuarie 2014.

Procurorul de ședință solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare.
