S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul Ș.A.D.

La apelul nominal lipsesc atât petentul cât și intimata SC S. SRL.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.N.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 12102/111/2012 al Curții de Apel Oradea, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 9 februarie 2014.
