S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul I.D.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petentul personal, lipsă fiind intimata Asociația de Proprietari X.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror N.L.

Procedura de citare este legai îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 7372/105/2013 ai Tribunalului Prahova, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 4 decembrie 2013.

La data de 19 decembrie 2013 petentul a depus un set de înscrisuri în dovedirea motivelor de strămutare.
