S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta Universitatea A.M. Sibiu.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta și intimatul P.G.G.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.N.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinita.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 966/40/2013 al Tribunalului Bacău, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 10 februarie 2014.

Procurorul de ședință solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare.
