S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul M.G.

La apelul nominal lipsesc atât petentul cât și intimații L.E. și L.E.J.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.N.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 2863/252/2011 al Judecătoriei Lugoj, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 2 aprilie 2013.
