S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul O.V.

La apelul nominal s-a prezentat petentul personal, lipsind intimații Comisia Județeană pentru Aplicarea Legii nr. 18/1991 Suceava, Comisia de Fond Funciar Baia, Comisia de Fond Funciar Rașca, Direcția Silvică Suceava, Comisia Baia prin primar, Comuna Rașca prin primar.

Ministerul Public a fost reprezentat de procuror V.L.
