S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 2618/310/2012 al Judecătoriei Sinaia, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 16 septembrie 2013.

Din dispoziția instanței petentul a semnat cererea de strămutare și a solicitat admiterea cererii pentru motivele invocate în scris și prezentate verbal.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public a solicitat respingerea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate verbal.
