S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 45/866/2012 al Judecătoriei Pașcani, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 14 octombrie 2013.

Petenta a depus timbru judiciar în valoare de 0,3 RON și a solicitat admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate în scris și prezentate verbal.
