S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 2760/111/2012 al Tribunalului Vâlcea, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 5 noiembrie 2013.

Avocat P.C., pentru petenta a depus delegație de reprezentare și precizări pe care le-a comunicat reprezentantului Ministerului Public și intimatei. De asemenea, a solicitat admiterea cererii pentru motivele invocate în scris și prezentate verbal.
