Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost suspendat în temeiul art. 40 alin. (2) C. proc. civ., la 24 septembrie 2013.
