Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la data de 24 octombrie 2013.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public solicită anularea cererii de strămutare ca nemotivată, având în vedere că nu au fost expuse motivele cererii.
