Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are fixat termen la data de 8 noiembrie 2013. De asemenea, se referă de către magistratul asistent că au fost depuse întâmpinare și înscrisuri de către intimați.
