Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen fixat la data de 12 noiembrie 2013.

Avocat B.I., pentru petenta SC M.I. SRL, pune concluzii de admitere a cererii de strămutare considerând că acțiunea sa, fiind o cale de retractare, se află sub imperiul noului Cod de procedură civilă.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public menționează că prezenta cauză se află sub imperiul vechiului Cod de procedură civilă și solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare formulată de petentă, pentru motivele expuse verbal.
