Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termenul fixat la data de 12 noiembrie 2013.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare formulată de petent, pentru motivele expuse verbal.
