Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 6997/320/2013 al Judecătoriei Târgu Mureș, ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare, are termen de judecată la 23 octombrie 2013.

Petentul solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare așa cum a fost formulată, pentru motivele de bănuială legitimă invocate.
