Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidentă informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 1010/259/2013 al Judecătoriei Mizil, ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare, are termen de judecată la 28 octombrie 2013.

Avocat C.I., pentru petenta, solicită admiterea cererii pentru motivele de bănuială legitimă invocate în scris și expuse oral.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare, ca neîntemeiată.
