Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la 23 octombrie 2013.

Petentul, prin avocat, solicită admiterea cererii, conform motivelor formulate în scris și prezentate verbal. Depune la dosar copiile unor înscrisuri.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
