The Tribunal da Relação do Porto partially revoked the lower court's decision regarding future damages for partial permanent disability. The plaintiff argued for compensation based on lost earning capacity, while the defendant contested the calculation methodology. The court established that indemnification must consider the injured party's salary, degree of disability, expected active life duration, and personal expenses, applying equity to determine the final amount.
