The Tribunal da Relação do Porto partially revoked a decision regarding compensation for expropriation, clarifying that failing to address every argument does not constitute an omission of pronouncement. The court established that fair compensation must reflect market value, free competition, and the actual devaluation caused by the high-voltage line's impact on residential land. Consequently, the ruling affirmed that the construction of the lot was devalued by the infrastructure project, guiding the calculation of the indemnity.
