SUMÁRIO

I - Desde que o valor da causa exceda o da alçada do tribunal, para conhecer do pedido reconvencional de compensação judiciária, a lei prescinde de qualquer conexão com a relação de trabalho.

II - Assim, deve ser admitido, dada aquela condição, o pedido reconvencional deduzido pela entidade patronal contra um seu trabalhador, por dívida de fornecimento de artigos de mercearia e outros, para efeitos de compensação judiciária.
