SUMÁRIO

Em face do disposto no artigo 830, n. 5, do Código Civil, deve o Sr. Juiz, antes de proferir a sentença em acção proposta pelos promitentes-compradores com vista a obterem execução específica de contrato- -promessa de compra e venda, fixar prazo àqueles para depositarem o remanescente do preço em falta.
