SUMÁRIO

I - Uma cláusula compromissória, pela qual as questões entre a sociedade e os seus sócios são decididas por árbitros segundo a equidade, não se aplica ao pedido de apoio judiciário efectuado no tribunal arbitral a funcionar por força dessa cláusula.

II - É admissível a concessão da medida de apoio judiciário nos tribunais arbitrais.
