The Supreme Court of Justice unanimously dismissed the criminal appeal filed against a lower court's order to await better proof. The appellant argued that the decision lacked sufficient factual or legal grounds, but the court held that such orders are final and not subject to review. Consequently, the appeal was rejected because the specific procedural mechanism for challenging pronouncement orders does not exist in this context.
