I - A morte do locador usufrutuario faz extinguir ipso jure os arrendamentos por ele celebrados, pelo simples facto do seu falecimento.

II - Tendo os proprietarios pedido a entrega do predio, nos termos do artigo 970 do Codigo de Processo Civil, antes de se completar um ano sobre o falecimento do usufrutuario, não pode haver-se por renovado o contrato de arrendamento nas condições do artigo 1054 do Codigo Civil.
