The court ruled that a global monetary compensation in a termination agreement presumes the inclusion of all labor credits due at the time of cessation or arising from it. The parties argued whether specific outstanding credits were covered by the lump sum payment. The decision established that without explicit contrary stipulation, such compensation liquidates all relevant credits under the cited decree.
