Legislator summary

The court ruled that cross-examination is admissible in disciplinary proceedings and must occur even if the investigator delays it. The employer argued for suspension due to prolonged illness, but the court held that the employer must still pay the applicable sick pay under the IRC. Consequently, the review of the disciplinary process was allowed to proceed with full cross-examination to ensure procedural validity.

SUMÁRIO

I - No processo disciplinar é admissível a acareação.
