Legislator summary

AI generated

The court held the employer liable for wages lost during a worker's suspension that was tacitly accepted by the employer after being decided by the workers' plenary. While the counterclaim was admitted because it stemmed from the same factual basis as the original action, the plaintiff could not request the revocation of the part of the decision they did not appeal. The ruling established that an employer bears responsibility for such suspensions once tacitly ratified and clarified that judges are not bound by parties' arguments regarding legal interpretation.
