AI generated

The court declared the appeal and the just impediment inadmissible because the appellant failed to file a timely appeal against the decision dismissing the original appeal. The parties argued for the continuation of the appeal process, but the court noted that the final judgment on the appeal became final and binding. Consequently, the court ruled that the just impediment lost its relevance as the legal path to alter the final decision was closed.
