SUMÁRIO

Tendo sido entretanto publicada a Lei n.º 45/2024, de 27/12, que procedeu à interpretação autêntica do n.º 2 do art.º 2.º da Lei n.º 60/2005, de 29/12, e cuja aplicação não foi equacionada pelas instâncias, justifica-se admitir a revista onde se discute o direito à reinscrição na Caixa Geral de Aposentações em caso de descontinuidade de vínculos jurídicos.
