The Supreme Administrative Tribunal dismissed the taxpayer's appeal against a fiscal court decision, ruling that the lower court's judgment was null due to a complete lack of legal reasoning. The taxpayer argued for judicial review of the fiscal authority's actions, but the court held that without sufficient justification, the decision cannot stand. Consequently, the appeal was rejected because the fundamental requirement of a reasoned judgment was not met.
