Dada a sua especial relevância social é de admitir a revista de Acórdão do TCA em que a questão de direito a dirimir passa por apurar qual a interpretação a dar à norma constante da alínea b), do nº 5, do art.72º da Portaria nº 487/83, de 27/4, com a redacção que lhe foi dada pela Portaria nº 884/94 de 1/X, (Regulamento da Caixa de Previdência dos Advogados e Solicitadores), ou seja, o de saber até que idade podem os beneficiários da CPAS subir de escalão contributivo e, com essa subida, poder melhorar a sua futura pensão de reforma.
