Legislator summary

AI generated

The administrative tribunal permitted the resolution of a private property dispute through a prejudicial question mechanism under the relevant statutory provisions. The case involved a challenge to an administrative act authorizing a wall construction based on alleged public domain status of the land. The court ruled that the administrative jurisdiction could decide the underlying property qualification issue, thereby suspending the instance for that specific determination.
