SUMÁRIO

I - O decurso do prazo peremptorio extingue o direito a pratica do acto processual.

II - O acto pode, porem, independentemente de justo impedimento, ser praticado no 1, no 2 ou no 3 dia util seguinte ao termo do prazo, mediante pagamento de multa nos termos do n. 5 do artigo 145 do Codigo de Processo Civil.

III - Praticado o acto num desses tres dias sem que a multa seja paga, a Secretaria, independentemente de despacho, notificara o interessado para pagar uma multa de montante igual ao dobro da que seria devida, por força do n. 5 do artigo 145.
