The Supreme Administrative Court dismissed the exceptional review appeal concerning the compatibility of the Solicitors Internship Regulations with the Solicitors Chamber Statute and Law 2/2013. The Chamber of Solicitors argued that the national exam requirement at the end of the first internship period violated the right to free choice of profession, while the appellant contended the regulations were valid. The court declined to rule on the substantive conflict, noting the issue had not yet been addressed by the Supreme Court despite its legal and social significance.
