SUMÁRIO

I - Os estabelecimentos industriais funcionando em regime de trabalho caseiro e familiar autonomo são transmissiveis, nos termos gerais de direito.

II - A compra de algum ou alguns dos elementos produtivos componentes de um estabelecimento industrial funcionando em regime de trabalho caseiro e familiar autonomo não confere ao comprador o direito de instalar um estabelecimento funcionando naquele regime de trabalho com a incorporação nele de todos os elementos comprados.

III - Na modalidade industrial de tecelagem so e licita a instalação de um estabelecimento funcionando em regime de trabalho caseiro e familiar autonomo se for observado, quanto a teares, o limite fixado no artigo 21 do Decreto-Lei n. 39634.
