SUMÁRIO

I - Constatada a falta de licença de utilização de uma oficina de alumínios e, não tendo o interessado cumprido o prazo que lhe foi concedido pela entidade administrativa competente para a obter, estava a mesma vinculada a ordenar o encerramento da aludida oficina, nos termos do disposto no artº 109º do Decreto-Lei nº 555/99, de 16 de Dezembro, com as alterações introduzidas pelo Decreto-Lei nº 177/2001, de 4 de Junho.

II - Para aferir da legalidade de acto administrativo é indiferente a motivação do denunciante que conduziu ao despoletar do procedimento administrativo no qual foi constatada a infracção.
