Legislator summary

The Supreme Administrative Court dismissed the applicant's appeal regarding the mandatory publication of a transport concession act. The court held that while publication is mandatory, it does not substitute the requirement for formal notification to interested parties, and non-participants in the original process are not entitled to notification. Furthermore, the applicant failed to exercise their right to appeal within the one-month period following the mandatory publication, thereby losing the benefit of the appeal deadline extension.
