The Administrative Court granted the administrative appeal regarding a request for prior information on a construction project. The plaintiff, owner of a historic solar used for tourism, argued that the public announcement of a large metal structure nearby would immediately reduce tourist occupancy. The court ruled that such a request is immediately appealable because it produces direct, legally protected harm to the plaintiff's tourism interests.
