AI generated

The Supreme Administrative Court dismissed the appeal because the administrative act was annulled based on two distinct legal violations, each independently preventing a new act. The appellant challenged the decision only regarding one of these violations, leaving the other unimpugned. Consequently, the court ruled that it could not alter the decision on the unchallenged ground, rendering the appeal's object useless and leading to dismissal.
