The Supreme Administrative Court admitted an exceptional appeal against a second-instance decision regarding urban planning instruments. The Commission of Coordination and Regional Development of Algarve argued that the case involved fundamental legal questions about the validity of new urban rules and their community interests. The court granted the review because the dispute concerned the definition of planning tools and the applicability of regulations, which the court deemed to have fundamental legal and social importance.

SUMÁRIO

I - Nos termos do art.
