SUMÁRIO

I - O estudo de localização de um estabelecimento hoteleiro aprovado considera-se substituído por outro apresentado posteriormente pelo mesmo interessado e para o mesmo local, em que é diferente a área coberta, as áreas do rés do chão e do 1.º andar, a área total de construção, o número de quartos e de camas, resultando uma volumetria muito superior à antes aprovada.

II – Ao estudo indicado em I é aplicável o regime jurídico em vigor à data da respectiva entrada e requerimento de aprovação e não o regime jurídico em vigor à data da entrada do anterior estudo que se tornou ineficaz por ter sido substituído pelo novo.
