The Supreme Administrative Court ruled that the four-year limitation period for tax liquidation applies when indirect determination methods are used. The court found that exceeding the administrative deadline for performing the liquidation does not invalidate the subsequent act. Consequently, the tax authority's right to liquidate remains valid despite the procedural delay.
