Legislator summary
AI generatedThe Supreme Administrative Tribunal declared the Section 3 of the Central Administrative Tribunal incompetent to hear the appeal regarding an interlocutory decision. The appellant argued that the Central Administrative Tribunal had jurisdiction over all functionalism disputes, while the respondent contended that Section 3 lacked authority for intermediate rulings. The court ruled that the statutory rule granting the Central Administrative Tribunal jurisdiction applies to interlocutory decisions unless a specific provision states otherwise, thereby transferring the case to the Supreme Administrative Tribunal.
