SUMÁRIO

I - Fora dos casos especialmente previstos, nos termos do art. 16º, n.º 8 do Regulamento do PDM de Viana do Castelo “os anexos não deverão ocupar mais de 20% da área total do lote ou propriedade, não poderão ultrapassar 50m2 ou 25m2 por fogo no caso de edifícios multifamiliares, não poderão ter mais de um piso nem altura exterior máxima superior a 3 m, incluindo cobertura, platibanda e muros tapa vistas”.
