SUMÁRIO

I - Desde que não cumpridas as condições postas pela Administração ao conceder a autorização para a instalação de uma unidade fabril, a licença perde toda a eficacia juridica, isto e, caduca.

II - Qualquer nova autorização so pode ter lugar mediante a observancia das formalidades previstas no artigo 28 do Decreto-Lei n. 46666, de 24 de Novembro de 1965, com referencia ao seu artigo 17, depois de decorrido um ano, salvo se dentro deste prazo for concedida a outrem licença igual ou semelhante (artigo 27).
