The Supreme Administrative Court dismissed the appeal challenging the nullity of a judgment based on a logical contradiction between its reasoning and final decision. The appellant argued that the court failed to address essential issues and incorrectly stated no counter-arguments were presented when they clearly were. The court ruled that the cited contradiction was merely a formal error in describing the existence of arguments rather than a substantive failure to adjudicate, thus rejecting the nullity claim.
