I - Deve ser rejeitado o pedido de suspensão de eficácia de despacho que indeferiu o pedido de Asilo, interposto na vigência da Lei n. 15/98, de 26 de Março;

II - Com efeito, o art. 24 n. 1 da citada Lei atribui efeito suspensivo ao recurso para este Supremo Tribunal o que impossibilita e ou inutiliza o uso daquele meio processual.
