Legislator summary

The Administrative Court dismissed the claimant's request for nullity regarding a lower tribunal's failure to issue a pronouncement. The lower court had omitted to rule on a specific issue raised by the parties, which the Supreme Court identified as a violation of the duty to resolve all submitted questions. Consequently, the court ruled that such an omission renders the sentence null, while distinguishing this from mere errors in fact-finding which do not warrant nullity.
